The Beauty In Believing

April 21, 2021

For it was fitting for Him, for whom are all things and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons to glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings. For both He who sanctifies and those who are being sanctified are all of one, for which reason He is not ashamed to call them brethren, saying: “I will declare Your name to My brethren; In the midst of the assembly I will sing praise to You.”

~Hebrews 2:10‭-‬12~

While sitting in my closet holding hands with Jesus I began to ask Him, "Lord show me what You would like me to write about today for Your children." He began to speak these verses to me. He then followed through by saying, "I want them to feel the beauty in believing." Then we just held eachother and I began to praise Him right as He sat in front of me. I thought to myself, oh how I dont deserve this joy of sitting with the King of Kings, reminiscing and holding hands. One beautiful thing to believing is being able to do this, to sit with the Lord in prayer, to activate these spiritual gifts; to see Him and hear Him. It is so beautiful just to know Him; "All things have been delivered to Me by My Father, and no one knows the Son except the Father. Nor does anyone know the Father except the Son, and the one to whom the Son wills to reveal Him." (Matthew 11:27)

As we make ourselves willing to receive the Lord's true presence into our atmosphere, we will begin to see and feel marvelous things. He will make Himself manifest as we yearn for more of Him. Believing in His glory and craving more is exactly what Jesus wants of us. He craves more of us and that intimate relationship with each and every one of us. The Lord speaks, shares and shows us things as we activate the spirit within us each day to His. For just as in these verses today we can see that by His sufferings and sacrifice for us we are made One with Him and our brethren. He waits to bring us His glory. We are to reach out and believe it is available for us to take. God already did His part on the cross for us to receive full benefits from heaven on earth.

"Delight yourself also in the Lord , And He shall give you the desires of your heart."

(Psalms 37:4)

We serve a faithful God who is truely so beautiful inside and out. The Lord wants us to grasp just how much He wants for us. Our faith in Him is how we receive what He has for us. "Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them."

(Mark 11:24)

To believe is not just a matter of saying but also acting upon in our hearts. To make it firm within our spirits that we know who God is and we know He wants us to see glory.

"How can you believe, who receive honor from one another, and do not seek the honor that comes from the only God?" (John 5:44)

Too many times we search to be recognized, accepted and loved by people in this world. We focus our main attention on the gratification of others that we wind up ignoring what truely matters more; the Lord's honor in our life. We should only strive to please the Lord. It is not our job to please people, rather to bless them. If we end up moving where the Holy Spirit leads us to and the person did not respond as we thought they might, that is okay. Only God knows how that person will be harvested. It is our job to plant any seed we can, to play our part and only look to please Jesus. The beauty of believing is the right relationship with our King. To long for Him and what He has for us to do each day. To see the Glory unfold in front of us as we obey; watching others smile, laugh and praise God for it. The gift that truely keeps on giving is Jesus Christ.

"Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me." (John 14:1)

Jesus is long awaiting to sit with all of you in your quiet places just as He did with me in my closet, to write this down for all of you to hear of the beauty He died to give all of us.

Jesus claims all of us as His when we believe and rest in His Presence. We are One with Him. "For we are to God the fragrance of Christ among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing."

(II Corinthians 2:15)

It doesn't get anymore beautiful then that of His fragrance that others may notice and long for themselves. Let us truely become One with Christ and spend even more time praising His Holy Name as we receive all of His beauty He has to offer us!

Prayer:

Heavenly Father, thanks be to You for Your beautiful Son who pours Glory upon His children. I long for more of You in my life each day, to be filled with the manifest presence of God. Use me to be a blessing today to anyone You decide to place in front of me. Holy Spirit I welcome You to minister through me and show just how glorious it is to believe. Let Your presence be more prominent in my life that I may only notice You and be blinded to the things of this world. Unstop my ears so that I may hear Your voice alone. I bind all evil spirits from coming near to me in Jesus Name. I receive blessings today and I am honored to be able to be joined together with Your Spirit. Glory be to You who sits on the throne and rains blessings upon us all. It is in Your Name I am receiving, Jesus Christ. Amen.
