The law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul; The testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple;
~Psalm 19:7~
Today is a special day for me personally and for God I know, as two years ago one of His daughters became free from deep bondage. The gift of healing was given, the gift of faith was extended and the gift of deliverance was successful in my own life on this very day. I celebrate with my Lord as the angels in heaven did the day I came to know Him; "Likewise, I say to you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.” (Luke 15:10)
There is celebration each time one of God's children repent and believe in His Son. For this is much to rejoice over indeed. Salvation is not only a life changer, it is a life giver.
"Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life." (John 5:24)
This has deeper meaning to my testimony as I nearly took my own life. The Lord was very literal physically in the sense if He had not intervened when He did, I would not have escaped death. It was inevitable for where my life was going. I was truely one way for so long and my soul was converted within the span of an hour, I have not been the same since. The One who did this was Jesus Christ. If not for Him, I would not know what it is like to truely love others, when I used to hate them. I would never of known true healing, rather then coping as the secular world prepared me for. My family would of missed out on witnessing the conversion taking place within me, contiuing the vicious circle. The law of the Lord is truely perfect and all that He does is used to grow us in knowledge of why we are here in the first place. My testimony is sure. Jesus is capable of taking someone like me and making them wise, able to do Kingdom work. Our God is amazing! "According to Your name, O God, So is Your praise to the ends of the earth; Your right hand is full of righteousness." (Psalms 48:10)
Have you ever found yourself witnessing a conversion sent by God or have you perhaps, been a part of it yourself? There is no greater gift then this! The Lord glorifies His Name in ways we couldn't possible wrap our minds around. My soul was used to the way I was living for many years; the way I hated, judged, cried, felt hopeless and lacked trust in anyone of anything. The Lord reversed everything and sent me on my way to help others in this very manner. I find a lot of attacks in the department the Lord designed us to minister in. The truth is God will turn it around for good. His word is truth and we do not have to come into agreement with anything other then that. I am so grateful to be celebrating today as I rejoice knowing that somewhere in the world, someone else's soul just got converted too. I rejoice with the angels and i pray for God to increase wisdom and send forward the survivors of the earth to do His work as part of the same Body I am now thankfully fashioned to.
Prayer:
Lord, thank you for giving me the gift of life and changing it all around. I feel the deep conversion within my soul and I am honored to be where I am today. I know I cant understand everything but I do know that it is Your desire that non shall perish but all come to everlasting life. I speak blesings and salvation over those out there who, like myself two years ago, are struggling, feeling hopeless and hating things all around them. I pray for a divine encounter just as You gave me. Let more of Your lost children come to believe and follow You with every ounce of their being. It is then that we receive the fullness of God and see ourselves change completely. We feel Holy Spirit leading us in our "new walk" and we love Him as He guides us in the right path. I am praising my Lord for my own personal salvation today and the salvation of many more. I declare today to be a success and filled with love. In tbe Name of Jesus Christ our Lord, our King, our Redeemer. Amen.
